about like squats and we're talking about deadlifts and we're talking about

the nutrition and he was just like man like how you know so much and I was like well everything I told him that day was all things I had already fucked up

I was like well I know not to do x y and z on deadlifts because I already fucked myself up doing that.

I know this thing about nutrition which I'm going to tell you the story, I'm going to tell you the same story

I was telling him, I know the story with nutrition because I've already fucked this up and so like you can just learn from my for my mistakes and that's you know I think that's the entire point of

Number one you can learn from other people's mistakes to move you along quicker and

number two you're going to make mistakes. Nobody's not going to make mistakes
