What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the AirC Roberts Fitness Podcast. I hope you're doing well.

Listen, in this episode today it's going to be a little bit less fitness related

although the things I'm going to share with you can be used in fitness and so let's make this very clear but I didn't

really feel like talking about a bunch of fitness stuff today I'd rather talk about

something else which is just being more productive and I'm not going to sit here and say that I have it all

figured out because I don't I could you know I could be better I could be more productive

but I do like to think that and I've said this before and I'll say it again

because I just believe it I tend to get a lot of things done I get I think I get more things done in a day

than maybe most people would get done in a week.

And I sound like a super big asshole when I say that.

But I really do just feel that way.

Whether I actually do or not, I mean, who knows, right, I guess.

But I feel accomplished. I feel like I'm taking

steps forward I feel like I'm getting things done with getting better as a coach

getting better with the clubhouse growing the clubhouse making better, all these things that I want to do, and I figured I'd just share that with you.

Because let's just say, for lack of better terms, let's just say everything else is equal, and I actually wasn't that productive, which I do think I am. But let's just say I wasn't. I feel it. I feel like I'm moving in the right direction. I feel like I'm getting my shit done each day. And I think that in itself is valuable because if you feel like

you're moving forward if you feel like you're less overwhelmed if you feel more

productive and more getting more things accomplished you get more wins well then you're usually going to

want to keep going which then leads to you keeping going and being more

consistent which then leads to overall progress so I'm going to give you my little
