What is going on guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness Podcast. I hope you're doing super well so listen this is actually the start of of something here so stick with me I just booked my my next vacation anybody who follows me for a long time knows I pretty much just take one

vacation a year. I go there, I chill out, I do nothing, I don't worry about fitness, work, nothing,

and you know that's what I do. So, but every other day of the year, I work pretty much every single day. And so what I'm, the vacation is about 23 weeks away. And I've done this in the past before but I'm doing it again so I'm

going to give myself a little 23 week challenge that is just based around

various different things the first month of this 23 week challenge is going to be based around

putting out five podcast per week. And right now if you follow I put out three

podcast per week so it's a little bit of a bump up but not going to lie it's it's a pretty big

bump up to you know be able to record another you know 30 to 60 minute podcast twice per week

on top of the three that I'm already doing.

It's a challenge for me, but that's the whole point.
