And I'm just, yeah, I'm feeling good from from that I'm feeling good about where we're heading about where all of our clients and all of our members are heading and it was just it was a really good meeting and so I'm just I'm stoked I know some people hate fucking going to their meetings

And just want to come on here and kind of jam with you a tad bit and kind of talk about I don't know why so I put out a podcast well I guess when you listen to this the the podcast before this one I don't know why I didn't talk about it more on there.
