Because there's I feel like with her there's so many different facets of this journey and of her journey that she kind of touches on like

for example she touches on how she really never had lifted weights or like

properly worked out before you know kind of diving into the program that we are currently you know

doing and diving into and she talks about you know how much that has progressed and

how it's been crazy to see how strong she's gotten and how her her has changed. She also kind of talks about some of the, you know, some of the mental battles and mental struggles kind of with, you know, in, not only like with the journey, but the reason she actually started going into fitness and nutrition

all that stuff is to improve her mental health to allow her to feel better to feel more in control

and that was a really really big driving factor for her.
