when you were husband and wife you have a spouse family life together kids all this great

stuff yes you kind of like are one but they also kind of talk about how like while they live their life together there are some you know they both have to kind of take responsibility of their own fitness journey and they also kind of talk about how they kind of feed into each other how they kind of help each other out how they kind of hold themselves accountable so I think that part of it is really cool they also kind of talk about just like what has transpired thus far to like get them to this

point you know talking about some of the fad diets talking about some of the

workout routines you know I think to he said at some point I'm not going to give it all away, but at some point in the

podcast, she was like, yeah, I was just trying everything and Joe would just like, go along for the ride, go along for the ride.

And so, you know, they kind of talk about what they had done before kind of
