cardio and I'm actually for this particular episode I usually don't write down like a very like in-depth like outline and I kind of just like come on here and just you know kind of speak my mind and kind of tell the facts that I hopefully hope to know and opinions of things and so

cover things from a few different perspectives when talking about cardio because if anybody knows me they probably you like you probably think I'm like anti cardio or I'm like a you shouldn't fucking do cardio or whatever the case may be.

And it's not that I don't think you shouldn't do cardio,

because I absolutely do think you should be doing some sort of cardio.

I just think my definition and my, I guess, viewpoint of what I dictate and deem as like quote-unquote

anti cardio by any means like I'm not a moron like you should yes you should probably be

doing some sort of cardio because for your heart health for your mental health for
