It's about 7.30 on a Wednesday morning and you know getting some I got some client

check-ins done and you know just been working try to get up around 4.30 so you know got

three solid hours in of work which by the way I think I've said this before in the

podcast too but I literally try to get I wake up at 4.30 and I do not go on social media until 11 a.m.

That's like the the time I'm allowed to go on social media and that I allow myself like I set that

unrule for myself my parents didn't do it for me. But I do that on rule for myself, my parents didn't do it for me.

But I do that because I really do find that I get a lot more work done.

Like from 430 to 11, like, I mean, just the work that I get done is is insurmountable honestly and so I really

encourage you if you're somebody who struggles with productivity or struggles with

getting things done I used to be somebody who I would wake up and I would immediately check my phone and I would immediately go to my social medias or whatever the case may be and you know I know it's kind of

obviously I want you to see that content not not for my selfish reasons I want you

to see it because it helps you but like you know just kind of think about like
