Hope you're doing super well in this podcast today. We're going to be talking about two things. I'm doing a solo podcast today. So actually let me rewind

We have been having some amazing podcast recently. I said this in the previous

podcast I believe and I said this just it just been having some really good

podcast so hope you've been enjoying them. That's number one. Number two, I am just coming in from a walk.

So I don't know why the hell I felt the need to update you on my walks, but I am just coming in from a walk and actually you know why there's a really quick side note here

I'm actually saying this because last week I did not get a walk-in on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

I think literally all like for all three of those days combined,

I had like a thousand steps on average.

And that was only because I walked like around the gym when I worked out and that was it.

So I got a workout on Monday and Tuesday. I did not get a walk on Monday, Tuesday. No, I got to walk on Wednesday. It's not Monday or Tuesday. And I can just tell you like mentally I didn't feel as good and what I mean by that is like I got a lot of work done on Monday and Tuesday, but like I don't know, you know how you just feel kind of off?

And it wasn't like anything crazy, but I just felt a bit more off on those two days

because, I mean, the only thing I really changed was not going outside to get a walk kind of like in the middle of my day

because again normally what I'll do is I kind of split my day up to where I'll you know work work work work work work

right so and I work from my you know desk in my house.

So I'm not getting any extraneous steps.

I don't get lucky with my steps.
