Again, still kind of weird to me to think that people care about what I'm doing but you know I know that I just kind of finished a 12-week

calorie deficit, went on the vacation now I'm back, so and so forth, and so I am going, I've had a lot of people

back into a deficit are you going into maintenance what are you doing next or

you are you going to maintain it so I'm gonna cover basically everything that is on

the horizon for me and how I'm doing how I'm going to set things up how I'm going to set my diet up what the goal is so on and so forth and so all the stuff here

recap again I just finished a 12-week calorie deficit and so I went from

252 pounds I got down to 225 pounds but I want to put an asterisk next to that

225 and this is because I got down to 225 but I got down to 225 because like I was just so incredibly carb

Depleted and what that means is like I just didn't have that many carbs and so the reason I say this is because I went from 225 one day to literally 2.30 the next day.

And again, if you go back and listen to the like the podcast I've done previously, I already talked about this, but what I basically did was like that one day I hit 225 I said I didn't want to go below 225

So I had like I had like a little bit more rice at one of my meals and I had like a bit more rice cakes one like

a like two or three more rice cakes whatever the case may be and my weight bumped up to

two 30 the next day and that just lets me know like I literally just stored five pounds of

water weight from extra carbohydrates and so I got down at 225 but it was really

probably like 228 232 somewhere in between there because if I wasn't so carb depleted which I was I was going
