She has an amazing personality you'll hear us kind of like go back and forth and there's a lot of laughter and there's a lot of just joking around and so

and so forth but Tobby's story is pretty awesome and I think you can learn a ton from

it. Um no she kind of talks about how you know she's had struggles kind of with her weight up and down.

She's had struggles with how she's kind of perceived her body image.

She talks about how she is a vegetarian.

So she talks about how sometimes people think that think that immediately once you you know cut out meat and go vegetarian and so on and so forth that you know it's automatically going to lead to weight loss and she kind of talks about that as well
