conclusion of my 12-week calorie deficit and I'm recording this

It's been, honestly again, like I've said this a few times already, but it's flown by, you know, 12 weeks is not that long of a time, guys. It's really not that long time. It might seem very daunting now. It might seem really overwhelming now to think about doing something every single day for the next 12 weeks, but I promise you man like and we'll talk about more about kind of like having quote-unquote timelines which I will
