But I think she struggles with a lot of people struggle with she struggled with what a lot of people struggle with and that is she hit her goal body weight

And she didn't really look the way she wanted to look. She was like great. I got to this weight, but I want to see more definition.

I don't like, you know, I don't want, I don't look the way I want to look.

And so we kind of really dive into that and how she's kind of changed her body composition.

She's just continuing to be strong as hell.

Michelle is definitely one of the most consistent hardest working people.
