who Carson is so, so incredibly hardworking. She's very determined.

One of the biggest things that you'll hear in this podcast is she doesn't say no to things which

so when anybody you know challenges her she says yeah let's go for it whether it's

you know eight-hour races or you know me challenging her to wait so whatever it is she doesn't say no and

you know Carson is one of the most consistent hardworking and she's also

been through a lot and so she's she's lost weight which is great you know she has lost a significant amount of weight

But now you know she's kind of seeing both sides to where we've got you know she's lost weight we had her

lose weight she looks amazing she looks great that up and she also now

wanted to go into a muscle building muscle definition phase which I think for a lot of

especially females males and females but I think especially females is like odd, like I'm going to eat more calories, what? Like what do you mean? Like this is weird. And so she talks about her experience with that as well. She talks about, you know, some of the biggest things that have helped her lose a significant amount of weight, get stronger in the gym, overcome.
