What is going on guys? Welcome back to the AirCropitz Fitness Podcast. Hope you are having an amazing day. My day's been well. It's about 240 on a Sunday afternoon,

got some Christmas, got some last minute Christmas shopping done.

The mall wasn't actually that bad, which was of surprising I guess till because of COVID.

Honestly most people probably don't shop in stores. I'm sure most people shop online

but I just can't do that for whatever reason. I literally have to actually see it feel it like and I also hate waiting for things

So if I order it online and like I just even if it only takes like a day or two I just hate that I'd rather just like go get it

done a pretty good day thus far excited for another week of training ahead

I guess I'm also excited for Christmas, another week of training ahead. I guess also excited for Christmas, but you know, being 24.
