Hope you are doing super amazing. This is my first podcast recording post vacation, post,

mini cut, post, everything. Just got back, got back at like, go back to my apartment probably 11 20 p.m. last night and I woke up at 6 a.m.

Mexico time which is I think 8 a.m. Eastern Standard time so either way it was a pretty long day of traveling

You know like like I just said I got up at like 6 a.m. Mexico time ate breakfast got my stuff together

flew back to Dallas which was was about a 2.5, 2.45 hour flight.

Had a layover in Dallas for about, I think it was like 3.5 hours, so I was able to get some work done there because I did not work the entire

time I was gone which was very very odd for me that is something I've never I've never done since I

started working so that was definitely odd but you know I had a

three and a half hour layover so I was able to get some work done and some

emails make some content those kind of things and then had a trip back from Dallas to

Virginia which was about another two hour and 20 minute,

two hundred thirty minute flight.

So it was a long day of traveling.

Like I said, got home probably to my apartment about 11, 20.

But all and all,

Like I said, did not work, did not look at my food

I mean, well, I looked at food and I ate every single thing I possibly could it's very odd because like I eat a lot of food as it is and for those of you follow me you probably know that but like I was eating a lot of food like I was eating I was eating past being full which was like something I don't normally do but I was like I just love the food so much and like I'm here so I'm gonna go back and get get right back on track with my regular track with my regular normal routine so might as well just like eat all the food I can right now.
