seen this but if you do you may already have but I have something I'm pretty pretty excited about and I've

been working on for a couple weeks now and that is I have a 90 day holiday

fitness challenge coming up and I say fitness challenge because this is not going to be a

lose weight as quickly as possible like this is not going to be like oh you can't

enjoy Thanksgiving you can't enjoy Halloween you can't enjoy the holidays I want it to be a thing where you still keep your

health and your fitness a priority throughout this holiday season because one of

the things I see I've been coaching people for almost four years now and one constant theme I see is

about every October people are like well the holidays are coming and

Thanksgiving's coming and the kids are off school and this and this.

And it's very, you know, you're going to the pumpkin patch,

you're doing all these different things.

It's very easy to kind of let your fitness go in the back burner,

not put as much emphasis towards it, and then when January 1st comes around that's

when you've gained 15 pounds over three months and now you have to restart on

January 1st. My thing was I don't think it has to be like that like yeah, maybe you don't go as

aggressive on your diet or you don't go as you know you don't work out six days a week in the gym
