Summary

In this episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness Podcast, I talk about the ways fitness helped mold me as a human being and how it has helped built my business to where it is today. I often talk about fitness being more than just weight loss, and in this podcast I dive into specific qualities that has come from my own fitness journey that helped shaped the human being I am today.  I hope you enjoy this episode. I don't talk about myself a ton on any of my social media platforms because that is just now who I am, but if you enjoy this episode feel free to let me know and I will consider sprinkling in some more content about myself :)  If you enjoy it also feel free to leave a 5 star rating and review on iTunes (huge thank you to those who have thus far).
