But needless to say, like none of this would have been possible eight weeks ago and it just goes to show you that and this is a parallel into fitness but you can do a lot in eight weeks if you just if you just really give your all to something I mean

obviously I'm still coaching people running a business and I just really am grateful for the spot I'm at in my life because, again, like eight weeks ago, if I would have said, you know, 60 people were going to sign up for a 90-day fat loss challenge, I would have done you know 60 people were going to sign up for a 90 day
