With that being said, I want to dive right into the topic today.

And the reason I'm doing this podcast is actually because I've had quite a bit of

ladies in particular that I work with right now but quite a bit of them have kind of

reached their goals or getting damn near close to like their weight loss goals. They've lost, you know, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 pounds, 100 pounds.

And it's time to start working back out of that calorie deficit because you can't stay

in a calorie deficit for your entire life.

That's not like you can't just eat 13, 14, 15, 100 calories every single day for the rest of
