It's so crazy because literally all'll hear one and I'm just very quickly

ranting on quarantine and COVID but I don't watch any of the news. I talked to

hundreds of people every single day so I kind of know what's going on but it's just funny because like I'll hear somebody telling me oh like you know phase one places are starting to reopen things are getting back to normal and I'm like oh it's amazing that. And then I hear, oh, schools aren't going back until next year. They're not going back next year. I'm like, oh, what the hell? I literally just heard somebody tell me things were reopening. What do you mean? Like, the sides of the spectrum that are currently on

and that it currently changes every single day is is I think just is insane like it's

it doesn't make much sense and and I think that adds into the whole like feeling

helpless and feeling out of control and feeling like not knowing what is

going on because we really don't know what is going on and that's why I think this time is

so hard for so many people because you don't know like you just don't there's no

plan like yeah there's a plan but like for example where I live the phase

one was supposed to be starting and now it's not for another two weeks and that could

be pushed more another two weeks like there's there's just nothing congruent with

what's going on I think that's the that's the scariest part but that

brings it back to full circle because you can really only control what you can control, right?

And I think that's that holds so true in especially this is a fitness
