Summary

Stuck at home and can't get to the gym? Was in a really good groove until all of this happened? We have to remember, yes we have to stay home, BUT that doesn't mean you have to lose all your progress. That doesn't mean you have to throw your workouts out. Doesn't mean you have to say F it when it comes to your nutrition. That would be asinine.  You can still keep your health and progress in the forefront.. If you so choose to.  A bodyweight workout is better than no workout. A workout with only 10 15 lb dumbbells is better than no workout.  Still tracking your calories is better than saying "Well I can't get to the gym screw it!".  Something is always better than nothing. house. It's crazy. I had to go to the grocery store Wednesday and I went to

BJ's as soon as it opened. There was like a legit a line of like a hundred people which is insane in itself.

But I was there and literally everybody like if you're the bjjays I was going to to the left

is to like all the toilet paper and the paper towels and such and to the right is all of like the meat and the food, right?

Literally everybody veered off to the left and I was like, oh well, fucking amazing, I'm gonna veer off to the left and I was like oh well fucking amazing I'm going to veer off to the right

and go get my meat so I literally got all the steak all the sausage all the bacon

all the eggs I got all my Greek yogurt all stuff. And then I just need the paper towels,

and they had plenty of paper towels.

So I just looped back around and got paper towels,
