Before we jump in, I want to take just a minute to mention several group opportunities,

online virtual group opportunities that we have coming up and available for you all.

So I'm going to be leading two different groups,

two eight week online groups groups focusing on building security in ourselves and our

relationships. So the groups will meet weekly and they'll involve a little short, didactic educational component done by me based on the concepts covered in Sue and my book, Secure Relating.

Then we're going to, both groups will involve an open discussion among the members related to

you know how attachment patterns might be hindering you or me and enhancing how we show up for ourselves and our relationships.

So we're going to explore ways to shift it.

You know, so maybe those frustrating repetitive patterns that we get in

and discuss ways to keep ourselves in the green zone even when things get

really difficult.

Okay, so there's two groups, how do they differ?

One of these groups is for anyone wanting to explore and better understand your own attachment dynamics

and how they're impacting you in any important relationships in your life.

So I imagine much of the discussion may center on current or past romantic partnerships.

This group will also be great for anyone focusing on dynamics that emerge in important relationships such as friendships,

parenting, coworkers, doesn't even have to involve

romance. So that's the one group. Another group may feel just a little bit more intimidating
