I've been a bad dad over there. I've not been a good guy. We formed these little Schmidties Attaboy Fit Brigade, and it's on Facebook now. Some people have

joined, and I'm shamed, quite frankly, because everybody did this under my, the rubric,

the umbrella of my encouragement. We were all going to be there to add a boy one another and say,

hey, this is great. And then I stopped doing things that required addiboys. I mean, I, I certainly, I go to the gym and I lift, but I'm like, well, nobody wants to fucking hear about that. We've talked about it's a billion times, but there are people

who are still doing it, who are still in their posting all the time. Our friend Brian Kilmerry

was doing it, and then I think he got laid up with the disease of some sort. I think he got

the shingles. He might have got the croup. I think he got the gout. Whatever the fuck happened to Brian, he got way late. But there are other people like our friend Spencer Mahar.

That's a dude.

And he's been writing me for years to tell me, hey, Mike, you probably don't want to die,

so you should go ahead and lift some weights.

And thank you, Spencer, for thinking of me.

But now, all he does is rub my face in it because he's on the Adabooy Schmidt Brigade, or Fit Brigade. Little Schmidties, Ataboy, Fit Brigade.
