Well, I want to welcome you again to our study of the Book of Acts, one of the most exciting books in the New Testament, most irrelevant for all of us, because this deals with today.

But we always, whenever we enter the Word of God, we want to always do it with the accompaniment

of the Holy Spirit. So let's bow our hearts. Father, we thank you for who you are. We thank you

for the privilege of being right here. We know that in your kingdom there are no accidents,

no coincidences, that we're all here right now by your divine appointment.

So it's our petition to you, Father, that your purpose be accomplished in each of our lives, not only collectively but individually, that we each might discover precisely what it is that you would have of us in the days ahead as we commit this hour and ourselves
