admit I forgot to ask Tom what he'd been up to so this week he's going to be first

out of the blocks. Tom what's your news? Well I've had a bit of a roller coaster week started off with a with a great couple of days we had Helen's exhibition on Wednesday

And then Thursday I had a long run scheduled for the evening

with a couple of friends.

We had a really good run, I ran surprisingly strong so I was

really pleased and then Friday had a rest day but then Saturday and Sunday I

was out on my bike for long rides both days and really really struggled both

days big time and to the point where on

on Sunday I went out on a local what's called a reliability ride where you get a

big group of go out together of all abilities and on the very first climb I got

dropped straight out of the back and found

myself on my own with no idea where I was going.
