what have you been up to? Well I was a bit naughty. I had quite an eventful long run on

Thursday and I was a little bit naughty. I went a bit hard. There was only two of us this week.

Dave was concentrating on the national cross-country race at the weekend.

The poor and I went out and we did our four and a half miles easy, about eight minute mile pace.

And then we did 13 miles, what we were meant to be steady, about 30 seconds off

marathon PB pace. So that's about whatever it is about just over seven minute

And we were really good and we were really good to about four or five
