| 0:50.3 | Well, it's easy to get distracted. Even adults get distracted and forget to pay attention. |

| 1:01.0 | But Jesus doesn't mind when we get distracted. He just loves that we are coming to spend time with him in prayer. |
| 1:07.0 | Carlo Akutis was a young Italian boy, not much older than you, who loved to spend time with Jesus in prayer, especially in adoration, the special time when Jesus in the Eucharist is on the altar in the monstrance. |
| 1:21.9 | But even though Carlo is very devoted to Jesus, his mind sometimes wandered and he found it easy to be distracted in his prayers, |
| 1:28.9 | especially when he was around other children in church. |
| 1:36.5 | Carlo was an altar server at his church and one of the best players on his soccer team. |
| 1:41.4 | He wore a red sweatshirt and sneakers and took his dog on walks after school. |
| 1:46.0 | He also volunteered at his church to teach religion classes to the younger children. |
| 1:50.3 | And boy, those kids could be pretty distracting. Each week, Carlo tried to take them to the chapel |

| 2:05.8 | It means we go kneel down and say hello to Jesus in the tabernacle. |
