Hi everyone, it's just pouring down outside in buckets and the magpies are singing in joy. I think that God has heard me and knows that I love the rain. The rain makes the most beautiful sounds against my tin roof and my windowpane. I love the pitter patter or rain I find it to be so calming. Don't you?
Today we're going to talk about turning each pebble of life over and Learning to feel happy. Happiness is not just about a state of euphoria, bliss or giddy high. Happiness is about courage, resilience, taking responsibility, and adjusting to each issue that life throws us. We choose what and how to feel. Today I talk about creating your own happiness survival kit. So go and pour your self a beautiful cup of tea in your favourite cup and let's have a chat.
By the way, its only 14 hours to the release of my book 'daily rituals for happiness'. IT HAS ALREADY RELEASED IN AUSTRALIA. The kids and I are so excited. Do you have your copy? | 1:46.4 | happiness during those times? I looked up on the internet and I found lots and |
| 1:51.2 | lots of entries for having a stress survival box and I looked at them and they look quite interesting. |
| 2:00.0 | But one of the things that I found about the stress survival boxes was they were full of ideas. |
| 2:09.0 | They were full of ideas which related to negativity, how to stop the stress, how to stop the negativity. |
| 2:19.8 | And I get a little bit concerned about that because stress is not about reducing the stress. |
| 2:29.4 | It is about managing the stress. As animals animals part of our life is having stress the stress of |
| 2:38.0 | being in love the stress of having a goal the stress of looking forward to a new relationship or a change in a present |
| 2:47.4 | relationship, the stress on working on communicating effectively in the relationships we have. |
| 2:55.0 | The stress of working towards a new project in our career. |
