0:24.7

community I want to make it clear I have no financial interest in this film at all

0:28.3

but I am in it and my patients are in it and I think it's a powerful movie I know it's a powerful movie because I've seen the

0:35.5

rough cut and I'm super impressive it's even better than I thought it would be

0:40.0

it's called fat fiction and if you wanted something to convince your neighbors and

0:45.7

friends and people who are on the fence or people who are totally against low

0:48.7

carb I think this film does a fair job of when when I say fair, I mean very fair as far as trying to present the data

1:41.0

said well not only do you not be eating sugar but you need to be eating a lot more fat

1:47.7

including saturated fat and I was shocked and I was very surprised and that was the start of my own personal inquiry into this

1:58.8

whole idea of saturated fat because I my degree is in journalism and I've been a news journalist,

2:05.6

television journalist my whole career and I can tell you how many stories I did

2:10.7

interviewing nutritionists and dieticians telling us that we all need to quit eating

2:15.8

saturated fat and replace it with processed vegetable spreads, that that was more healthy for us.

2:23.4
