Well Brian, thank you very much for having me. I can't believe I'm on this podcast. I fan doling here. You guys have a great podcast. Anyway to start at the beginning I was a fat child. My nickname was Fatty and everybody made fun of me. I grew a thick skin and developed a fat persona, you know, fat people, a jolly and all that.

But what scared me once I got to be slightly more

sentient was that my whole family was diabetic and they were everybody was

obese and knowing that it was a genetic disease I was afraid that at some point

it was gonna get me and then I was destined to go down that same pathway.

Yeah, you said it was just like it was like a pre-destiny that you had,

like you just knew it was going to happen.

Everybody knew, or at least I knew then that everybody knew, diabetes was genetic.

Obesity was genetic.

And if your family had it, you were destined to get it, and there was no reversing it,
