Tom's been super busy and so this week's

week centres on a fab extended interview we did recently with James Adams.

Incredibly, James ran from Los Angeles to New York City in 70 days earlier this year

covering in excess of a marathon every single day.

We've still got Tony's trials though, few, I hear you say, and the rest will catch up with

next week.

So don't worry if you've admitted to cheating and fessed up on Facebook or you

finished in the marathon talk top five or even if you're 80 years old and ran a three hour

15 marathon or a hundred years old and completed your eighth marathon. We will mention you next week.

But first, Tom, what have you been up to?

Well I've been up to possibly the most crazy ridiculously surreal experience my entire life I'm sure

Parents out there will be smiling to themselves it well your first baby arriving is just the most mind-blowing thing in the world, isn't it?

So come on, give us a load, Anne. When did she arrive?

Everything else?

Well, we will be proud of us actually because we, Helen's waters did actually first break on Friday evening and we still snuck in park run on the Saturday morning, which was good.

We went to the hospital and they said, look, you know, it's only a little bit and you might nothing we can't

only for 24 hours if the contractions should start in the next 24 hours on their

own so just go and carry on with your normal lives we went off to round-day
