This quick 20 minute burst of yoga is a perfect wake up for the upper and lower body. It weaves in all of the basic elements and techniques needed for evolutionary arm balances. Its quick delight makes it a great practice for the beginning of the a harried day, a respite before an important meeting, or a quick technique tune up.
