Tom, what have you been doing?

Well, I've been, as usual, a busy busy boy.

I've been Barrow Park Running.

It was our first ever Park Run event in Cumbria.

Dave Parker and Andy Young and the event team up there did a fantastic job we had though.

For the second of my first events in a row, we had horizontal rain at 9 o'clock on a Saturday morning. What's going on? Well, it's you, isn't it? a Hanley Park Run which also started that day.

Started by Tommy Hill and his event team,

but they probably didn't have rain,

so I couldn't get to that one,

so they couldn't have rain in two places.

But there you go, that was really good,

had a really good fun run.

It's as typical up north, it's kind of two and a half laps in Barrow and pretty hilly.

Quite slow course, but I was pretty pleased in my 2052 to keep in the 20s.
