This episode will chronicle the last of the jailhouse tapes in Sylvia and Penny's accounts of Ivan's court appointed attorneys in trial in 2001.

Last episode, Ivan had found out that his mom Sylvia could not meet Amy Betcher's stepdad Mr. Kramer when he came to town to move out Amy's things from the apartment.

Ivan said that there were Dallas Cowboy tickets on the fridge.

And when Sylvia entered, they were missing.

This led Ivan to believe whoever was in the apartment planting the evidence must have taken the tickets off the fridge.
