Hey, Stan, I want to just jump in here and ask, as you touched on the whole thing with digestion. And one thing that I see pop up a lot when you get into these like nutrition debates or

arguments is that like someone will say, well, humans are more similar than they are different.

And therefore, my diet of choice must work well for this person. And with you working with so many

different people on a regular basis, do you have like a messaging that you use when people kind of come in

with that thought process? That because my vegetarian diet or my keto diet works so well,

Yeah, some people do. I'm real cautious not to do that. What works for me may not necessarily
