And somebody, there was about three years ago, said, or two, three years ago, somebody said,

0:57.1

you got to check out rhino rants.

0:58.6

And I looked on a video and I saw you in your car screaming about how, you know,

1:02.8

you should be eating red meat and not a bunch of chicken and all this stuff.

1:06.7

And I said, wait a minute, he gets it.

1:09.4

And so I thought been kind of following your stuff for a while. And as you know, I've been kind of this crazy carnivore diet guy. And I get a lot of people that tell me, you know, carnivore's good, but the vertical diets where it's at. And, you know, I think there's a lot of truth to that. I think, you know, like I said, the people you work with, and again, there's, there's an overlap between who we're talking to, and you, you again, are dealing with, you know, just not even people. You're, you're dealing with some other species a lot of times. When you, you know, like you've got Thor and Brian Shaw and, you know, half Thor and Brian Sean, those guys eating, you know, based a bunch of meat and Monster Mash and all that stuff. 1:44.4

and I enjoy seeing your stuff.

1:45.9

2:04.8

anyway, that's enough of that. Yeah. Well, no, thank you. And I, you know, like I told you up there,

2:10.5

you've been the battering ram for the kind of information that I've been quietly trying to share with my direct clients for years,

2:21.1

the hurdle has always been all these preconceived notions and been bad information and poor research

2:26.5

and, you know, much of it influenced by food politics, money, and the like, industries.

2:39.0

And so, you know, I've kind of cocooned myself for many, many years. If a parent asked me about nutrition for their child,

2:43.0

I was real cautious about introducing the idea of red meat and eggs and whole milk

2:48.0

because of all of the bad press around it.

2:50.8

And finally now in the last, I think probably only six or seven years,
