better than this um so Robbie I wanted to give you some closure on on the case that you discussed

and just a reminder for the audience, it was a

young woman with diffuse lymphadenopathy where I received the call from an outside facility

requesting a transfer. And my instinct was that this is lymphoma until proven otherwise.

The patient underwent an excisional lymph node biopsy, no malignancy was identified.

And if you recall, your suspicion was, do you hear that alarm? So that's the potatoes in the oven.

But I'll go get that after I finish the break. So your suspicion was that...

No, it's fine.

Your suspicion was that this was lupus.

And I want to let you know that the ANA was floridly positive with a tighter of 1 to 640.

The double-stranded DNA was floridly positive with very high tiders, as was the

anti-Smith antibody.

So the patient was ultimately diagnosed with lupus currently is on prednisone and has follow-up

scheduled.
