Today, we're going to have Ravi in the lukewarm seat. He doesn't like when I say

I'm going to have him in the hot seat. Robbie is lined it to the case, meaning he has not been

given any information about the case that I'm about to present to him. He's going to attempt to

solve this case in real time. And this highlights something very important. It's not

about him getting the final diagnosis right. Rather, it's about the journey he takes to the final

diagnosis he comes up with. And I encourage each one of you to pause this video after I deliver an aliquot of information,

to try to reason through it yourself and then unpause and see how your reasoning compares to

Robbies. This is very important because it takes you from a passive learner to an active learner,

which will allow you to grow your diagnostic skills.

calls from other facilities requesting to transfer their patients. And so I haven't met this patient,

but this is the story of this individual. And I've modified the age and the gender for it to be

HIPAA compliant, and I won't include any
