It's a delight to see everyone.

We have a very, very, very, very, very special episode today.

I called it an episode, even though it's not, because it will be,

we're going to do things a little different today. Instead of the usual format of us spontaneously inviting folks to present a case and to discuss, we actually have a fantastic

case by the one and only Avatal'Glosser, who I will

introduce momentarily. We're going to be doing a very traditional clinical problem-solving exercise

that if you listen to the podcast, you will know exactly what I mean. But let me take 10

seconds to explain that process.

So our discussants today, Jack and Reza,

Jack is 100% blinded to the case and has no idea what's coming his way.

Reza is like 98% blinded to the case,

and there's a story behind it that I promised to share with you at the end of all this.

But they're both almost 100% blinded.

And what will happen is Avi will present the case in Aliquots.

There are actually five Aliquots or five pieces of information.

And Jack and Reza will share their thinking in real time and the rest of us will
