Hi everyone! Welcome to the most wonderful Rua State podcast ever!

I am your host Dwond Benton Twyford, the queen of four closed jars. I'm also known as the

Queen of Short Sales and America's Most Thought After Real State Investor. So many titles,

but you all have given them to me, so thank you for that. So I'm so excited to be here today

is May 5th. We have been set free into the world, not fully, but in Florida things are open,

and in fact after I podcast with you all today I am going to go down and take a walk on the beach

with my wonderful husband. So you know and you know I have to tell you this, I just assume that

everyone that listens to the podcast knows that we have a drink together. We have social hour

because he didn't realize I had one. I have an apple tea. I know it's in a wine glass.
