2:14.7	especially if they're in a distressed situation. So what I want you guys to do is think about the
2:20.8	script we talked about and you might not even have heard that one yet. So you know go into the
2:26.8	entrance to the foreclosure script, the entrance to the late lead script, stuff like that. So what
2:32.1	I want you to do is start listening to these scripts, even internalizing these scripts, memorizing
