On episode 80 of The Chewjitsu Podcast, we are joined by 2019 ADCC Absolute Bronze Medalist Lachlan Giles.
Lachlan had an amazing run in the Absolute Division of the 2019 ADCC being the smaller competitor and using his unique leg log game to win 3 matches by inside heel hook to take 3rd place.
On the podcast, Lachlan discusses the evolution of his leg lock game, developing his techniques, competition strategy, and how life has changed since his Bronze medal performance at the 2019 ADCC.
Lachlan is currently on a jiu-jitsu seminar tour and also has some great instructionals out that break down his leg lock game! Check it out all of his instructionals here: http://lachlangiles.net/
