week's show we bring you a magic mile update some news of some very fast

triathlon running and some very long hot running. There's rate your run

rant and rave Tony's trials, listeners marathon and a special Raspberry of the

week. We catch up with Speedster Helen Clither about her

recent brilliant running and get some speed tips from her and training talk

it's all about starting off an auto marathon campaign from a strong foundation.

But Tom, what have you been up to?

Well, I'm sat here with for the first time in seven years an alcohol-induced headache.

Really?

Would you believe that? I gave up drinking on my 30th birthday and

in seven years since then I've not had more than one drink and last night I had one drink I was around our friends Mark and Jasmine's Mark Heverington who does a lot of our physiology stuff I was around their house and Mark gave me one drink

A liter was it like a it like a liter of cider?

Well, it must have, I don't know how it was.

It wasn't, I bet it wasn't a pint.

Maybe I had a pint max of 8.5% Belgian beer.

Oh my lord, I was on the floor practically.

Unbelievable, my first hangover from wondering, mythly, but my first hangover

in seven years and it feels rubbish.

I wouldn't broadcast the fact that you actually get hung over off of one drink. You're a cheap date, you're a cheap date, aren't you?

Extremely, extremely cheap. Well, what else have I've been doing? I've been building, we're building an office in the garden, obviously with the impending arrival on October 7th.
