I've been traveling the world for Park Run. Yeah again well I say traveling the world I've been traveling the world for part run yeah again well I say

traveling the world I've been up north I've been up north on Wednesday we

Paul and I met with all the Yorkshire base part-run teams and Yorkshire

and Humber on Thursday we met with all the northeast teams and on Friday we met in the evening with all the northwest teams. It's great. I think we met 21 part run event teams over those three days. It was fantastic. We had a really good good time it was great to catch up with everyone

concord part-run in Sheffield on Saturday and got my

absolute backside kicked by mr park run himself Paul Simpson knew it I ran at

21 something struggled all the way gosh it was hard

Paul genuinely took you down he took me down that has made that's absolutely made my week.

You run downhill the first half of the lap, it's two laps,

first half's kind of gradually down here and we are running sort of next to each other.

And I like to honest, I thought he was more nacker than me and you come around

this corner at the bottom and then there's a tiny little hurdle that maybe it's a foot
