And I had to go back to my own practice and evaluate and start looking at my patients.

And my practice of medicine changed that day. So I'm deeply indebted to these guys who crossed over into medicine and are now teaching us about how medicine works. So Trot, welcome man.

You know, in medical school, it's ingrained in us, you know,

But it wasn't until these engineers kind of showed up on the low-carb scene and

really made us start to question the mantra of what is cholesterol, what are its functions,

what does it do, how can we manipulate it.

And these engineers, they're just experts at manipulating inputs, outputs, and seeing,

testing the limits of the data

and kind of experimenting and seeing kind of what happens.

And everything, I really think, I can't tell you how many people I've talked to have said
