Today we are joined by Brenda Zorn, a long-time low-carb practitioner and pioneer of group fasting. She is involved with The Fasting Method and, in this episode, we discuss Brenda’s experiences with helping people to start down the road of fasting. Brenda has seen many people achieve great success using The Fasting Method, and is passionate about getting people involved in the practice. She says that, at The Fasting Method, “we believe that this state of eating whole foods, moderate protein, and moderate carbohydrates combined with fasting is the nutritional way that human beings are supposed to exist.” Why? Because it works.
