I find it quite troubling as the citizen to conflict the idea that we really have a third

war that we can't despise, we can't explain, we don't really know where it is or why, but

all of this decision in use is based on legal criteria that have been developed in secret

based on evidence that is evaluated in secret from secret sources, with the citizens

made by individuals who identity is anonymous and the strikes are not formally acknowledged

to us.
