Today we're going to talk about why it's okay to pause,

but not okay to stop in your weight loss efforts.

So get comfortable, get in that cozy chair and get ready to be coached. Let's dive right in.

Well, today we are here and we're going to talk about something that happens very frequently

to just about everyone I work with in my groups and in my private coaching.

And that is the desire, sometimes,

to sit down and stop what you're doing

and blame yourself for not being able to do it correctly and then taking a long time to get back up again.

This can actually go on for years where you feel like you're making little progress,

but something comes up as it always does, you fall

down and you simply don't get up. And I want to talk about why you should approach these things that come up differently, why you should

approach them as necessary pauses instead of signals to stop, that traffic light that just tells you to stop, turn around, and go home.
