1:24.2	Dear Sam and Sierra, first of all, thank you for everything you do for us listeners.

1:32.2	I'm writing today from the pit of loneliness and hope to seek your advice on what to do to change my situation
1:38.8	or at least keep myself sane during what has been a really difficult time.
